A Snow-Globe Mocktail Without Guessing the Top-Up
Two frozen glasses and 4 fl oz of juice are specified. The seltzer top-up is not.

Illustrative scene, not the Ocean Spray recipe physically prepared by The Dry Glass; the pictured glass cannot establish freezer safety
The impressive part of Ocean Spray's White Cranberry Juice Snow Globe Mocktail happens before anything is poured. Cranberries sit in a shallow frozen layer at the bottom of each glass, with a rosemary sprig standing among them. The pale drink goes in later. It is a clever holiday presentation, but it asks for two things a quick ingredient list might hide: freezer space for the actual serving glasses and a glass the maker says can go in the freezer.
The published recipe is for two servings. It lists 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, two fresh rosemary sprigs and 4 fl oz White Cranberry, followed by seltzer water to top. That is 4 fl oz of juice for the recipe, not 4 fl oz per glass. If you divide the listed juice evenly, you would allocate 2 fl oz to each glass; the source does not instruct you to measure the juice separately that way. It also gives no measured seltzer volume. You cannot calculate a final yield, an exact glass capacity or the number of seltzer bottles from this page alone.
Set the glass before you set the drink
Ocean Spray's method puts some cranberries in each of two glasses, nests one rosemary sprig into each cluster, and trims the sprigs to fit the glass height. It then adds a little water and freezes the glasses so the berries and water become the drink's ice. Only after that does the recipe add White Cranberry and soda water. The page lists a one-hour prep time, while a chef's tip says tape may help hold a sprig upright for an overnight freeze. Those are the source's two timing cues, not a demonstrated guarantee that every freezer, water depth or glass will finish in exactly one hour.
Before putting a drinking glass into the freezer, check the maker's care instructions for that exact glass. For example, Duralex USA describes its clear Le Picardie tumbler as freezer-safe. That is evidence for that product line, not permission to freeze every tumbler, stemmed glass or vintage find in the cupboard. If your glassware has no clear freezer guidance, use another published mocktail method rather than treating an attractive photo as a safety instruction. Leave the glass upright and give it enough room; do not make up a water depth to force the visual effect.
What the ingredient list can and cannot buy for you
For two glasses, the certain shopping quantities are modest: a half-cup of fresh cranberries, two rosemary sprigs and 4 fl oz of the named White Cranberry drink, plus water for the frozen layer and seltzer to top. For four glasses, doubling the listed measured ingredients gives one cup cranberries, four sprigs and 8 fl oz White Cranberry. That is shopping arithmetic, not a second producer-tested recipe or a promise that four filled glasses will fit in your freezer.
The seltzer is the unresolved part of either basket. A tall glass with a shallow ice layer may take more than a short glass; the frozen water occupies some of the space. Choose the actual freezer-safe glasses, check their usable capacity, and keep enough seltzer available to fill them at serving time. Without a measured topper from Ocean Spray, any exact claim that a single can serves two or four would be our invention. The same applies to a precise ounces-per-serving number for the finished drink.
The name White Cranberry also deserves an exact-product check. Ocean Spray's recipe names its White Cranberry product; it does not say that any clear cranberry-looking juice is interchangeable. If juice percentage, sugar or ingredients matter to you, read the current US package for the product you buy. The photograph of a pale drink cannot answer those label questions.
A calmer way to host it
Think of the frozen glasses as the part to schedule, not the finished drink as something to leave standing. Check the glass instructions, clear freezer space for two upright glasses, assemble the fruit and herbs as the source describes, and freeze that layer ahead. At serving time, bring out the glasses and add the named juice and seltzer according to the recipe. Set extra plain water and a non-frozen option nearby for anyone who would rather have a simpler pour. The result is still a striking idea on paper, but the practical value is knowing exactly which parts are measured, which parts are visual and which parts remain open.
